    The state on Wednesday released new guidelines for youth and recreational sports that will drastically limit allowable activities based on the risk of spreading the novel coronavirus. Gov.     The Troy Boys' Varsity Volleyball Team placed second at the recent DesPlaines Valley Conference, DPVC, Tournament. In the tournament, which was held at Homer Junior High School, the Trojans beat Martino Middle School in the first round, then went on to defeat Manhattan Junior High in the second round.
