Rotary Club of Downers Grove to Host Annual Halloween Window Painting Event

On Saturday, October 22 from 9 a.m. to noon, the Rotary Club of Downers Grove and the Downtown Management Corporation will host its annual Halloween Window Painting Event in downtown Downers Grove. The event is intended for children in K-6th grade. The family event has been a tradition since 1966.
