Plainfield, IL - During Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) grant funded enforcement details, the Plainfield Police Department issued 48 citations to motor vehicle occupants who failed to wear a seat belt during the recent Labor Day campaign. In addition, other citations an d arrests included:
20 speeding citations [3 were for aggravated speeding; 91 /35, 90/45, 75/45) 1 arrest for a suspended driver's license
1 warrant arrest
24 other citations
