Joliet West High School French Horn ensemble invited to National Festival

The Joliet West High School French Horn Ensemble has been invited to perform at the 2020 Music for All National Chamber Festival in Indianapolis. The students have the amazing opportunity to give their own concert at the beautiful Indiana Historical Society Auditorium and receive clinics from some of the best music educators in the country.
"This event is by audition only and our horns will share the stage with some of the best ensembles from across the country," said Band Director Eric Wellman.
Besides their performance on Friday morning, the ensemble will experience concerts by various outstanding groups, attend concerts of the Honor Ensembles of America, and have the opportunity to hear the Army Band Herald Trumpets, one of the finest chamber groups in the world.
