OTTAWA HOLIDAY TOURNAMENT

The No. 1 question heading into Christmas is the condition of Joliet Catholic Academy girls head coach Jim O' Brien's heart and blood pressure. On Monday, O'Brien's Angels (9-5) nipped Pontiac 51-49 and in another stress-test for O'Brien, his Angels slipped past Kaneland 43-42 later in the day.

The Angels two heart-wrenching victories on Monday gave the Angels a 4-1 mark in Ottawa.

DGS cut the lead to 34-26, after three and then a 15-6 Porter explosion in the fourth quarter finished off the Mustangs.
