Joliet Central Junior Jose Jimenez was awarded a $100 gift card as the winner of the Manufacturing Day (MFG) essay contest. After attending MFG Day on October 8th at Joliet Junior College, Jose submitted an essay about his experience at the event. ExxonMobil and Citgo sponsored the essay contest in collaboration with the Three Rivers Manufacturers' Association (TRMA).

Jose stated "I enjoyed talking to the employers at the event about their jobs and the tools they use."
