The holidays got off to a wonderful start for more than 275 Kindergarten through fifth grade students

at T.E. Culbertson Elementary School. The Illinois State Police Heritage Foundation and WalMart

hosted an "Operation Santa" holiday party at the Joliet elementary school. The day began with a

surprise parade featuring dozens of squad cars from Illinois State Police and Joliet Police Department.

Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus even arrived on a motorcycle. Throughout the day, students played

games with Illinois State Police Troopers and Walmart Associates and enjoyed snacks and crafts. In

addition, all students received personalized presents from Santa and Mrs. Claus.
